I am so lucky that I get to see every single student in our school 3 times a week. And I am extra fortunate to get the chance to collaborate with each grade level to create high quality art work that summarizes their learning for each of our EL Modules.
I love making connections between what students are learning in each grade level and letting those ideas shape what we are creating in the art room.
Our next module has so many exciting topics such as trees, birds, pollination, social change, history, and even peter pan! I love to make connections to our curriculum using stories and illustrations as often as I can. Your donation would go towards extra resources such as books, and art supplies like air dry clay to make seed bombs this spring in celebration of second grades study of pollination which will help bring bees into our own community and make learning really exciting!
