Thank you for visiting my projects page! I teach world history at a junior high school in a high-poverty area. Our students have a lot of potential and desire to succeed. They want to go to college and have stable, fulfilling jobs as adults. They want to live exciting lives. As a teacher, I feel it is my obligation to give them as many opportunities as possible to express their learning. I often design my own class projects, with an eye toward fusing academic learning and creativity. In the past, I have supplemented supplies with my own funds, but as times are getting tighter, even the basics are difficult to secure sometimes. I would greatly appreciate any amount you can donate to support my student's dreams and aspirations.
