Differentiated instruction means that each student in my classroom is getting the individualized instruction, support, and practice that he or she needs. One way to make that happen is through the use of technology. With Chromebooks in my classroom on a daily basis, I can assign students problems and practice in the areas where they need more support or where they need a challenge. We have licenses for two wonderful Math programs that help improve students' math abilities. However, since most students do not have computer access at home, and we don't have regular access to the computers in school, my students rarely get to use these programs.
