My students are wonderful I have 9 girls and 13 boys in my present classroom. Out of the 22 students, 1 goes to Learning Support for either reading and math or both, 2 students receive Speech and Language services and 8 receive Title One Reading. My Kindergarten classroom is an all day program, which includes a Daily 5 reading block. This has made the students enjoy reading books to themselves, to others and listening to someone read to them. It has also created an independence in their work habit. This year I want to start a Daily 3 Math Block, to continue that independence in math.
