During this trip to the Rain Forest Café, our students will be able to connect their classroom learning to real world experiences as well as be able to travel outside of their neighborhood. They will be able to see, in real time, the academic vocabulary they hear within their science lessons, as well as be provided with a healthy lunch.
Our students with disabilities will extend their learning about threatened and endangered species, and conservation efforts to protect the planet’s fragile ecosystem.
Our students are excited to learn valuable information about environmental science outside of the classroom. Please help us provide our students with the opportunity to visit a different city in Texas as we gain a deeper understanding of the rain-forest.
About my class
