I have 25 second graders. They are inquisitive and very sweet. I teach in a suburban, elementary school in Ohio with mostly low to middle-class families. None of my students are exactly the same, I have high-achieving students and also students who struggle. These differences in ability levels can make it difficult to teach at times, but I am so fortunate to work with students who are willing to coach each other, and help one another grow and learn. It is an amazing thing to witness.
