The students in my classroom are in a school with 76% of families categorized as low-income. Many of my students do not have books to read at home for their nightly reading log, so their only reading material is what I provide in the class and lend out to students. There are English Learners in the classroom with limited proficiency in English vocabulary. I am so grateful for the opportunities Donors Choose and generous donors have given my students so far with reading books for the class! Thank you so much.
