I serve a population in Northern Califrnia, of hard-working students and families. Over ninety percent of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch and this economic situation is reflected in the fact that most of our students do not have reliable access to computers, educational technology, or the Internet in their residences. As a result, students lack the skills that they need to succeed in today's technology driven society.
