I teach in a self-contained classroom at McAllister Elementary school in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The students in my class range from kindergarten to fifth grade. There are varying disabilities within my classroom such as Autism, Down Syndrome, and students that are medically frail. We are a life skills classroom and our students are most successful when provided with hands on experiences. Please support our students so that they continue to have real-world opportunities that support independence!
