My students will use the requested materials during small group meetings with myself and during reading and math centers. After whole group instruction, the class is broken into five small groups (centers) that last 20 minutes. By doing this, I am able to meet everyone's individual learning needs: some students need remediation and some need acceleration. The new iPad will be used along with the Osmo. Students will use the interactive games for reading and math. Having these materials added to my reading and math block will allow my students to have fun with technology while practicing skills that will make them successful learners. Students will be able to work collaboratively with one another as well as practice social skills of cooperation and problem solving while working in centers. Integrating these technology tools in my classroom will make learning fun for my students.
