White boards are used daily in my classroom because they provide me with instant feedback of what my students have learned or may be misunderstanding. This information is critical, so that I know who I need to target during small group instruction to help correct any and all misunderstandings before they become erroneous learning. However, the problem with this is that we never seem to have enough markers, the erasers disappear or fall apart, and the white boards eventually become very stained and dirty. By having LCD writing tablets, my students will be able to engage with their learning, show me what they know, and not worry about a marker that is fading. By donating to this project, you will be helping my students focus on their learning rather than whether their supplies are going to work.
