We are a fourth grade classroom of 24 creative students in Oklahoma. We are a self-contained classroom; we have a lot of fun doing hands-on activities while learning state objectives in Math, Reading, Spelling, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts. The best way to instill the objectives into these students minds is for them to reflect upon the activity. We do this by capturing the activities and experiences through pictures and then journaling what we have learned. The pictures and journaling notes are artistically applied to pages which are inserted into student's individual books so they can go back and relive their activities and experiences.
