I have a unique group of students that are a part of my kindergarten- 1st grade combination class; that already presents a challenge within itself. They are very independent and creative thinkers. We are at a low socio-economic status (SES) school where more than 95% of students qualify for free and reduced lunch programs. My class is also diverse with multilingual ELD learners.
