I've gathered a variety of novels and reference books to meet my students diverse needs and interests. I've tried to fill the bookcases I have with a variety of genres so all students can find something they would enjoy reading. My goal is increase all my students literary skills and create lifelong readers, or at the very least, make reading fun.
However, our classroom doesn't currently have a proper place to display our books; the bookcases that we have are of poor quality, which quickly deteriorated or are easily broken when someone leans on them too hard. The bookcases are also too small and limit the number of books I can offer to students; currently some of my books are in boxes, since I lack shelf space to display them. We need bookcases that are large enough to display our class library books and which would allow space for our class library to grow and continue to meet the needs of my students.
