We would like to make our room a place where everyone can be successful. We asked the students how we could make our room into a better learning environment. The overwhelming response was that students wanted to have comfortable seating options and a choice in where to sit.
The most popular seating options are those in which students could wiggle or bounce, and it really helps them to focus their attention and stay involved in the class. It also strengthens their core.
We would like to have quality seating options, like active seating stools that roll around, exercise balls, wiggle stools, cushions, and other seating options that will really allow our students to stay engaged and focus on learning, build core strength and feel comfortable in our classroom.
