My students are amazing kids. As their teacher, I want them to learn and experience hands on activities. Unfortunately, I have limited resources in terms of body parts, organs, and systems. I am on a mission to find ways for my students to experience reality.
Our school is urban, ~80% minority, Title 1, Military-affiliated, and CEP. Title 1 means we have a high percentage of students from low-income families. And we are a Community Eligibility Provision School, which means so many of our students qualify for free lunch that the entire school automatically qualifies.
