The requested storage unit will allow my students to independently choose their materials during stations. During my guided reading time, I work with a small group on reading skills. The rest of my class is following work board pictures. These pictures teach the students how to work in stations moving independently by getting supplies. This gives the student ownership and pride in doing things on their own. On the shelf you will find picture-word puzzles, beginning sound activities, vowel puzzle matching, magnetic letters with trays. This shelf is the right size for my firsties to learn and grow by getting their supplies.
