This project will make a world of a difference in my student athletes lives and athletic abilities, because they are low socio-economic students (Title I) who are not as fortunate as many of the students in the surrounding area. In the past, it has been very difficult to receive donations from the community and/or for our parents to contribute due to the lack of funds needed to make this athletic program a complete success. The Lady Pirate Volleyball Team practices EXTREMELY hard not only in practice, but in the classroom as well. I feel they deserve to look the part on competition days. For them to be successful at the next level, this equipment such as knee pads, travel bags, water bottles, volleyball rack, a cooler, volleyball net, a cutting machine to personalize their team shirts, etc. (cut cost on using outside vendors)is needed at this beginner level. Our school is striving for EXCELLENCE and this project being funded will support this goal being met. To Whom This May Concern, I Thank You in advance and for your consideration for assisting The Lady Pirate Volleyball Team!!!
