My students love to play games! The best part is they do not realize we are working on important skills in literacy and math While we do so. I will have students in person and virtually this year and would like to continue to use small groups for game playing.
These bingo games will allow me to send home materials so that we can play while they are at home. I will also be able to replenish any lost materials so the games can continue weekly.
Playing games also gives me a way to work on social skills with students. We work on taking turns, winning and losing appropriately, and persistence.
