I have chosen this project to help give my students the best structured learning environment conducive to a climate of mutual respect. Giving my children structured centers in different areas of my room will help my students to stay focused on the learning objectives. The students will benefit from small group instruction thus having less discipline problems.
This will benefit my students by giving me the option to pull children back in small groups and work individually with them on the skills they're struggling with. This will help me to determine their strengths and weakness and find what best suits their educational needs. Hopefully creating a rich environment for learning.
