I want to be able to give my students different literary devices to read. Magazines are a way to grab attention especially if the magazine is based on their interest. When children read things they enjoy, their love for reading grows. I want to make sure that my students are reading from multiple types of literature. My goal is to mold my students into children who love to read! I want to grab my students attention and get them excited to read! In my classroom my students will be given time to chose 5 book or magazines to keep in their book bins at all time. At this point I do not have any magazines for them to choose from. My goal is to grow my library so that their little minds can grow as well.
