I strongly believe in the importance of literacy programs at school and want to help my students find a love of books at an early age. A strong foundation in literacy will pave the way for their future education. Being in low income area doesn't mean my students shouldn't be exposed to the same literacy experiences we had growing up. "There is no such thing as a child who hates to read; there are only children who have not found the right book." Frank Serafini
