My students are a wonderful group of first graders who come to school eager to learn every day. This age group has a short attention span and learn best by active, hands-on exploration and discovery. Our school population is economically challenged. Although our parents are hard working people and want the best for their children, their resources are very limited. Their financial hardship makes it difficult to provide technology at home.
