These resources will help me expand my students' creativity as well as their engagement in my classroom. I will be able to differentiate more readily with these resources to help those who are not only struggling, but also those who are excelling. Keeping my students engaged and fully immersed in the curriculum is my ultimate goal as a teacher. The resources offered on teachers pay teachers come from teachers who have used them and know they work. As a newer teacher, this builds not only my confidence in reaching my students, but also my repertoire of teaching materials. These resources will be used on my class to help differentiate my teaching. I will be able to pull extra things out for those who need more to keep them thinking and engaged, as well as pull out different resources for those who need extra help.
