My classroom is ENERGETIC, ENGAGING, filled with EXPLORERS with ELABORATE EXPLANATIONS. In my classroom, students make connections between past and present learning and focus their thinking on learning outcomes. My students continuously build on the knowledge of their learning through exploration and the manipulation of materials. My students are learning how to better support their understanding of the concepts through verbal and written communication. They are able to demonstrate new skills and learn new vocabulary. My students extend their understanding of concepts by obtaining more information about topics through new experiences like field trips and the use of technology.
My students are AMAZING! As a Title I School, 100% of my students receive free breakfast and lunch. Though resources are limited for my students, I believe my students can learn at high levels. I have GREAT EXPECTATIONS for all my students!
