I'm Jessica Smith-also known as Mrs. Smith, Mrs. J-Smith, and/or Mrs. Smiff by the most precious children in the world-the ones I teach in South Georgia. I began teaching in 2008 & could not imagine doing anything else in this world. Teaching is hard...harder than anyone (besides another teacher) could possibly realize. Regardless...I know this is where I'm supposed to be. This is what I'm supposed to be doing. This is my little way of helping the world be a better place. This is what God put me on this Earth to do...Teach. As a teacher, we are told, "If you let students choose the books they read, they'll be more likely to want to read. If you let students choose their own writing topics, they'll be more likely to want to write." I know that all students do not learn the same way, so this project is for those students who are screaming, "IF YOU LET ME CHOOSE MY OWN LEARNING SPACE, I'LL BE MORE ENGAGED IN CLASS!"
