Students need to work in groups to present their math projects.
Students need to create colorful, creative and informative posters to display different math concepts that they have learned. Students will need math tools such as graph paper, posters, rulers, protractors, compasses and calculators to assist in the production of their math creation. Students with their group will have to display their understanding of math concepts that include formulas and graphs.
Just like an artist would display their work, students will hang their projects up around the classroom. Then students will walk around the room and view the math gallery of projects. They can leave comments about the projects and ask questions from the group members who created the math project. Students can then get ideas from the math gallery walk to create interactive notebooks.
