Welcome to Mrs. Keefauver's fourth grade class. I teach English Language Arts to a diverse group of students. I encourage my students to read books that interest them, because this helps them get engaged with the book. Students need to learn what genres, topics, etc. interest them, to help guide their book selection. I want each child to learn to enjoy reading. This is a challenge, but a critical part of engaging the students in reading is having a wide variety of books available to them on a daily basis.
