At our elementary school we use Positive Behavior Intervention Systems (PBIS) to help provide our students with extra supports in regards to their behavior. All of our teachers use ClassDojo to give students points when expectations and rules are being followed. Students can redeem their points at our school's Cowboy Trading Post! Students love seeing the different prizes that get put in each week! They enjoy walking away with prizes as small as a pencil or saving up to get a poop emoji bean bag! These prizes help our students self-regulate their behaviors so they can be productive citizens in our learning environment.
