The materials I am requesting will greatly improve my students' desires to read. A lot of my students are unable to read on their own so having a kindle with the ability to read to my students would be beneficial.
My kids love technology but our school doesn't have enough resources to provide them with what they need. Not only will they be able to read books, but Amazon provides a lot of educational apps that will help reiterate letter sounds, blending, reading fluently and even math apps for addition, subtraction and learning numbers. The Kindles would be a tremendous addition to our classroom and my students would benefit from them greatly.
