Half of our day is spent on the floor and in flexible seating. The Rainbow Carpet would help make gathering time much more inviting for the kids. Right now the students gather on Velcro dots that I placed on the floor, but these dots are becoming very worn and are very much in need of replacing. The students in my class would love to sit on such a bright and happy carpet!
Flexible seating enables the students to make choices and to find the best workspaces for them. Currently, the students can choose from small soft chairs or beanbag chairs when reading independently in the classroom. The beanbag chairs have lost most of their filling and are more like pancakes! The Cozy Loungers would enable my students to read in a much more comfortable position.
