I work in an inner-city title I public school, the majority of my students come from disadvantaged backgrounds and 80% qualify for free or reduced lunch. Many of my students are lagging behind where they need to be academically due to trauma and poverty. As a result, having a calming environment that allows for use of multiple intelligence and options is crucial. As many of my students cannot afford supplies, and my district cannot fund all of my classroom's needs, I am seeking additional support!
