My students are curious, energetic, enthusiastic, caring, and many of them just simply love music class. The younger students enjoy singing lots of songs, exploring our Orff instruments, move and dance to music using scarves and bean bags, and discover new things about music. The older students have fun playing the recorder, preparing concerts, love singing in the Honors Choir, and are eager to learn about music around the world, various styles, and different time periods. I enjoy introducing them to music, giving them a glimpse into this vast art form, and hope to instill in them a life-long love and open-mindedness for music of any kind.

About my class
