Welcome to my Donor's Choose page! I'm a former Peace Corps volunteer who never imagined joining the front edge of Education Reform, until I saw the amazing and inspiring change access to information and education made in the lives of villagers in Kazakhstan. Ever since then, I've never looked back. For the past four years, I've served in the lowest-income and most under-served communities in Texas, creating life-long Readers out of struggling ones. Being a reading teacher was the obvious choice for me, because becoming good readers gives scholars the life-long ability to access information and learn.
