In today's modern world, students need to know how to use technology in order to succeed, and in order to know how to use technology they need to be exposed to it. Having a set of I pads in the classroom will open up many opportunities for my students to not only become comfortable with technology, but will expose them to all the things you can accomplish with them. They will not only become proficient at researching the web, but they will learn how to make movies, websites, and even how to set up a classroom blog. By donating to this project you will be investing in limitless possibilities for not only my third graders this year, but third graders for years to come! Having a classroom set will increase my students' confidence in their abilities with technology, which will in turn increase their self-confidence in other academic areas.
