History can be boring if students are not able to make personal connections to themselves and the past. In my current position of 10th grade US History, I have limited technological resources to enhance our studies. A new television would not only update the resources available to me, but also create interactive opportunities for students.
A new smart TV would not only allow me to provide visual experiences for students to draw from, but could also be used to stream review games and notes. I want students to love History as much as I do and I know that improving the technology that we use to study it will help draw students in even more; so much of our future depends on knowing the past.
