Our school is an urban arts magnet elementary school with many economically challenged families. Our students are a community of hard working learners who respond well to the outstanding team of teachers who have committed to their educational growth. They bring many challenges to the table, but despite this, they are eager to rise above them.
Our student body also includes students from surrounding towns who are especially motivated by the arts and as many cannot afford to have private lessons, music in school may be their only music education opportunity.
The funding you share with us is appreciated, embraced, respected and necessary to give our students the opportunities in the arts they so deserve.
