Students with special needs all learn in different ways. By being able to provide a variety of ways for students to work on their goals, these students will be able to learn grade level content, when their reading, writing, and math abilities may not yet be at grade level. In my classroom, students are given access to a variety of tools to be able to complete their work. Chrome books would help students to access teacher generated videos on various math lessons, and exercises, and be able to learn at their own pace without the stigma of being viewed as slow. Chrome books can be used across the students courses. They can use different programs to work on vocabulary, writing skills, reading, math, and history. Many teachers in the school use Google Classroom. With Chrome books in my classroom, students will be able to work on assignments from any of their classes with the help of their Resource teacher.
