My students come from Africa, Nepal, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. They speak many languages but share a single goal. They want to learn. The school is in the inner city. Many of the students live in government supported housing. Some of the families are refugees. Often they don't wear adequate clothes for the northern climate that we're in. School is their sanctuary. They receive breakfast and lunch here. They learn about our culture and language. Their enthusiasm, curiosity and varied life experiences make each day a discovery. Our motto is, "I can."
