By donating toward these supplies, the entire grade level of 5th graders will benefit by engaging in HANDS-ON science activities. These supplies meet the needs of the MN Science Standards. Students will be creating, exploring, and learning about natural resources, simple machines, force and motion, ecosystems, and so much more! Students will have opportunities to use engineering skills to learn and master the needed science skills in 5th grade. The kits that will be purchased include hands-on activities, background information, and materials that would not otherwise be available to the students. Not only will these supplies benefit students this year, the materials and supplies will be used for years to come.
