We have had a rollercoaster of a 'season', but my students have shown persistence, patience, and a love for learning. While virtual learning, they showed up to our virtual meetings with a big smile on their face, despite all the hard times they have endured so far. Now we get to start our 2021-22 school year fully in-person, 5 days a week!!!
So on any given day you will see 22 happy, bright, and kind 1st graders. Most of my students receive free/reduced lunches and come from low-socioeconomic households. I am just trying to create a safe, warm, and inviting environment for all of my students. Thank you for taking the time in reading, donating, and/or sharing!
