I have the absolute pleasure of teaching 5th grade departmentalized mathematics in a close-knit school district. Math is my passion and I love being able to help my students learn and grasp difficult concepts in a fun way. The majority of my students come from low socioeconomic households. Many have been through tragedies and difficult situations at the young ages of ten or eleven. Despite these hardships, my students come to school everyday willing to learn and put their best effort forward. Not only do I teach my students but my students teach me!
