My classroom is filled with bright, curious kindergarten students from many different cultural backgrounds. Many of my students come from low-income households, but they arrive each day eager to learn, share, and grow. Our classroom is a place where different languages, traditions, and experiences are celebrated, and where students are learning not only how to read and write, but also how to be kind, independent, and confident learners. With the right resources, my wonderful students are able to focus on learning, feel proud of their space, and start their school journey with dignity and joy.
