This school year we are adding daily gross motor stations in the classroom. Each day we will use the equipment in a fun and exciting way like walking the plank by using the balance beam, scooter crawl on their stomachs to pick up treasures and hop along the various lines drawn on the floor with tape. By having equipment in the class readily available students will be able to work on balance, increasing strength and flexibility all while having fun.
My project will significantly impact my students by enhancing the physical potential of each student, so they can achieve independence.
