I teach first grade at a wonderful school that is full of great students! We are a Title I school and have 100% of students who are receiving free breakfast and lunch daily. My students come from a background of poverty. How can we close the achievement gap when students do not have the materials that we need in the classroom? I pray that our projects will get funded so that we are able to have a fun and engaging classroom!
