Providing these learning toys to my students will give them an opportunity to plan, create and collaborate with each other while also having fun. The time they spend together playing with increase their understanding of each other's strengths and backgrounds. It will also help my non-English speakers showcase their strengths without a language barrier in their way. Leaders come in all shapes and sizes and this will allow different students to shine.
Collaborative toys are important to our youngest students as tehy problem solve social situations together to create extraordinary results. By donating to this project you will provide another learning experience in our classroom beyond books and paper.
