I have a diverse, hard working, and energetic group of students. Each day they come to school ready to learn and give their best effort. Half my class are EL (English language) learners, so many of my teaching strategies are intended to help with language and vocabulary development. These strategies benefit all learners.
Our school has a free and reduced lunch rate of over 50% and many different learning needs. In our classroom, we are working hard to grow our reading skills and become more critical thinkers.
