If this project goes through, my students will have a variety of seating options to choose from. For this project, I have ordered wiggle stools and flexible chairs. The students will be able choose what seat works best for them. It will allow students to have options besides a chair. Using a wiggle stool will allow students to keep their body moving, but stay focused on learning without distracting others. The wiggle stools also good for posture and balance. The flexible chairs can easily be placed in any spot in the room. They are low to the ground and have adjustible backs. Some learners enjoy being close to the ground. Giving students a choice will promote independence and responsibility. It will also help my students learn what works best for them. My goal is to have a safe learning environment where all students meet their fullest potential.
