All of my students have a love for reading. Anytime I buy a new book for my class library, the students gravitate to it, and want to read it and learn from it. In my class, I want to introduce them to an amazing book, the City of Ember.
I want my students to light up the world, just like the characters in the book do. This book is a great for any age, but 5th graders really see the depth to this story. This story will help teach them not only the core, but help them gain confidence in themselves, and to ask questions and to be inquisitive.
