In a low income area you want your students to be able to come to class with, at the least, the essentials. My students would be grateful for the aid of basic school supplies and project materials such as pencils, markers, colored pencils, and glue sticks.
In science, students need to have materials to collect data, complete hands-on labs and to create projects to solidify their learning! With these materials, we would be able to start the year off right and with a massive amount of stress off of the teacher and the students backs. This opportunity is vital in creating eager and engaged scientists in our future generations.
